About
Leadership is personal.
So is how I coach.
With 12+ years of experience coaching executives across industries, I've learned that lasting transformation happens when we address both the strategic and the human.

My Path to Coaching
The Journey
I didn't start as a coach. My journey began with a deep fascination with human behavior — why people do what they do, and how they can do it better.
After completing postgraduate degrees in English Literature and Psychology (specializing in Clinical Psychology and Organizational Behaviour), I spent years in corporate environments, observing the gap between leadership potential and leadership reality.
I saw brilliant professionals struggle — not because they lacked competence, but because no one had helped them develop the self-awareness, communication skills, and emotional intelligence that leadership truly demands.
That's when I knew: this was my work.
I trained with John Mattone, one of the world's top executive coaches. I earned my ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential. I became faculty at the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, training some of the sharpest financial minds in the country.
Today, I'm empaneled with multinational companies as a senior trainer and career transition coach. But at my core, I remain what I've always been: someone deeply committed to helping leaders become who they're meant to be.

"The best leaders I know are deeply human. They've simply learned to be intentional about it."
